1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: Elevate Homeownership Solutions.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00am Central Time (“CST”) on October 11, 2025 and ends at 2:00pm CST on October 11, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY: You have not yet won.  To enter the Sweepstakes you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and (ii) an attendee at the Twin Cities Diversity Homeownership Fair. Eligibility will be determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its/their sole discretion.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete a “Passport to Homeownership”.  Upon completion and submission of the “Passport to Homeownership”, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person.  You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
All completed entry forms must be submitted in accordance with the directions provided during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are illegible or incomplete will not be accepted and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

5. DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select the potential Prize Winners on or about October 11, 2025.  Winners will be determined at intervals throughout the Sweepstakes Period: at approximately 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, and 2:00pm Central Time, for a total of four drawings.  Potential Winners will be announced in person; or if Potential Winner is not present, they will be notified by phone and/or email within a week of the drawing. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of Administrator’s first attempt, such Potential Winner and entry will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER: The Potential Winners may be required to prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, within three (3) days of being notified as a Potential Winner. In the event of non-compliance by a Potential Winner, such Potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Winner shall be terminated. An alternative Potential Winner may be chosen through a random drawing from among all of the remaining Eligible Entries received in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. PRIZE: Four (4) Grand Prizes of: $100 Gift Cards.  Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $100.

7. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Winner or Potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Grand Prize or General Prize. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for any Prize is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a Grand Prize or General Prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize component cannot be awarded as described for any reason. In the event that a Potential Winner chooses not to accept his/her prize, or cannot be notified, an alternate Potential Winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining Eligible Entries if time permits, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
